We are also aware that there are instances such as damaged or defective products that would require a refund and/or an exchange. If you will need to return your product, please review the information below.
- Returns must be made within 14 days of your receipt date for a refund.
- Items marked final sale at the time of purchase are nonrefundable.
- For items which can be returned we can only accept beauty items back to us if they have been unused and are still sealed in original packaging for hygiene purposes.
If your item arrives damaged or defective and you would like a refund or exchange, please contact us at contactdevereauxbeauty@gmail.com within 14 days of the purchase date and include your order number in the email subject line, photo documentation of any reported damage or defect. Please allow 1-3 business days for a response.
We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, if applicable, unless the return was a result of our error.
Refunds will either be issued to your credit card company or bank depending on your method of payment. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process. Please contact your bank or credit card company regarding the status of your refund once refund has been issued, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
International Shipping Policy:
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Devereaux Beauty is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
The responsibility is for customers/purchasers and or recipients to check with the destination country's customs office to verify that your products can clear customs.
The cost to ship international shipments varies so the shipping cost you pay is what it costs us to ship the goods to you at the time of purchase. We simply pass the costs onto you. You will be notified of shipping costs during checkout.
Shipment processing time:
Typically, International shipments take from 1-4 weeks. This is, of course, in addition to any extra customs processing times in the country of origin and destination.
In times like these, you’ll need to factor in at least 1-2 extra weeks of transit time for international shipments due to the effects of the Coronavirus.
We will ship your order to the exact address that you provide. Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address information on an international order, and errors here could cause a delivery delay or rejection.
